Here is a simple practice to feel harmony and love within yourself by connecting to the rhythm of life:

-Connect to your breathing; inhale and exhale,


-Connect to your heartbeat (if you wish, you can place your hand on your heart first); boom...boom,


(Take the time to feel both at the same time)


-Synchronize your walk with the two rhythms; one step forward, then another...,


-Feel this gentle life force expressing itself in a harmonious dance,


As you continue walking with your upper body relaxed, your hands will begin to bounce together in the same direction and you will feel like you are being rocked,
